Short let self-contained studio available for a 5-6 month period from around 7th September 2024 to 7th February 2025. This is my personal apartment that is available to rent for a strictly time-limited period while I am away. The property will come decorated like you see in the pictures (with my personal possessions/clothes in storage).

I am open to renting to couples or someone with a pet.

The following bills are included (to a value of around £180 a month):

• Council tax

The following bills are not included:
• Gas
• Electricity

The property has:
• Double bed with mattress
• Two double wardrobes with clothes rails and drawers
• Book shelf with books
• Tv stand with tv
• Desk and computer monitor
• Table and chairs
• Couch
• Duvet, pillow and bedclothes will be left in cupboard, you will be welcome to use if you wish
• Bathroom has shower and heated towel rail

The property comes with the following amenities:
• TV with Amazon Fire stick (this allows playing of Netflix, Prime, Channel 4, BBC, Sky News, etc)
• Desk with computer monitor
• Washing machine
• Hairdryer
• Kitchen has fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, stovetop, coffee machine
• Fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, crockery, plus cooking equipment such as pots and pans
• Vacuum cleaner
• Towels and bed linens will be left in the cupboard, you are welcome to use these if you wish
