Full time working professional flat, so being considerate is important- sleeping and relaxing.

We have kind and quiet neighbours, so tenants must be too. Many of the neighbours are our friends so we like to chat to them when we are sitting in the patio area.
It is not suited for noisy parties or individuals wanting to have extra people to sleep over.
A flatmate that does not bring all the festivities to the flat.

**cost of living increases may make this price more, however everyone is on a budget and we aim and keep this price very low e. g. turn off electrical devices, winter heating on a timer, hot water on a timer etc.
