Hey! We are looking for another girl to move into the biggest room in our three bed flat in Hammersmith. We can’t accommodate students unfortunately! The flat is in an ideal location with great transport links, and comes with two fun and friendly flatmates! 🕺

About the room:

• Huge double room with more than enough space for a desk while still having space

• Unfurnished but comes with a wardrobe

• Two large double glazed windows so lots of natural light.

• £1,200 + bills (which come to roughly £120 per month)

• The move-in date is October 1st

About the flat:

• Large, airy living room with comfy sofa and projector perfect for film nights!

• Modern kitchen

• Separate washing machine and tumble dryer

• We’ve lived here for two years so we have most of the furniture needed for the shared spaces already

• Five minute walk to Hammersmith station with four tube lines (District, Picadilly, circle and Hammersmith & city) and 8 mins to barons court with district and picadilly.

• Five minute walk to the river and lots of pubs with great atmosphere

• Plenty of shops nearby (tesco, sainsburys within 5 min walk)

About us:

• Allie (30) is originally from the states and works in PR, going into the office a few times a week.

• Abbie (24) is from Devon and works in social media, going into the office 4 days a week.

• We’re homebodies typically during the week but love a good night out for some dancing, dinner, drinks and exploring the city on the weekends. This flat is perfect for a cosy night in with wine and good chats so we’d love someone who wants to join in.

• We’re good friends with a few girls who live nearby so there’s always someone down for a walk by the river, a trip to the pub or a movie night.
