I am moving out of this lovely 2 bedroom flat close to Bishops Park.

The flat is a two storey terrace house in Fulham. It is a 2 minute walk from the Thames Path and Craven Cottage, a 15 minute walk to Putney Bridge Station, and a 5 minute walk to the 74, 220, and 430 bus stops.

The house is tidy, cosy and light filled. It has been made especially homey thanks to Ed (current tenant who is staying on) who has an exceptionally large collection of books and art.

The first floor has a kitchen, a shared living room with large bay windows and a fireplace, Ed's bedroom and Ed's bathroom.

The upstairs has the second bedroom (which will be vacant), an ensuite, and a study.

The available room has built in double wardrobes, built in bookshelves, and plenty of space. The ensuite also has a bath! I am selling the chest of drawers and bathroom unit, however other than that the bedroom is unfurnished.

Its a perfect share house because each tenant has their own floor and bathroom, and the study is perfect for anyone who works from home regularly. The heating is great as well.
Bills come in at around £200 per month.

Ed is extremely easy to live with. He is independent but sociable and while we go about our own lives we've enjoyed watching tv together on occasion.

The room is available from 2nd November.
