The fully furnished flat has a spacious living room with an open kitchen including smeg appliances. The room is located in a quiet space in the back with garden views, and a separate wardrobe / office space solely for their use. Also includes their own large bathroom off the hall (to be shared with guests). Another bedroom for the existing flatmate is located on the floor above with an en-suite.
Located between Fulham cemetery and the river and Bishops park, the road has a lovely neighbourhood feel. Good connection to buses and Hammersmith and / or Putney stations are 15 minute walk away. You’ll be living with a 32 yo female who primarily works in an office, we are looking for a professional (female preferred) of similar age.
Rent is £1275 exclusive of bills and fortnightly cleaner. Room is available from September to mid July (minimum) with opportunity to stay on another year.
