My flatmate is moving out and the rent is being increased but I’d really love to keep on my current place and am looking for someone to start a new lease with me from 18th November.

About the flat: Two bedroom flat, with a separate kitchen, modern bathroom and lovely big, sunny living room with a dining table and sofa bed. The bedroom that’s available has a double bed, built in desk with drawers and built in wardrobe with drawers.

Location: Incredibly well connected and right between two great areas! The flat is technically just within Fulham but on the border with Hammersmith so you get the best of both worlds. 10-15 min walk to Hammersmith Station for Hammersmith & City/Circle, District and Piccadilly lines. Also 10-15 mins from Barons Court, and 20 min walk from West Brompton for overground. There’s a bus stop right outside the flat with direct links to Clapham Junction, Baker Street, Battersea, Putney and Richmond amongst others. We’re right next to all the nice riverside pubs, a cheap gym, nice parks, a swimming pool and several supermarkets.

Rent: £1125 per month, with bills around £100 per month.

About me: I’m 26, originally from Inverness but have lived in London for nearly 3 years now. I work in TV production and usually work from home two days a week. I enjoy going for walks around London and exploring all of the nice Fulham pubs and shops, going swimming and to gym classes, and going out for dinner and drinks! I also enjoy a chill night in watching a good TV show and drinking a nice bottle of wine. Ideally looking for someone who’s a similar vibe, who would want to be friendly and spend some time together but also respect each other’s space. It’s also important to me to look after the flat and keep it clean and tidy.
