Double Room in Hammersmith 🌸

Hey Girlies 🎀,

We are looking out for a new roommate for our small double room in Hammersmith with nice views and a great location.

The spot is super convenient, only a 7-minute walk from Hammersmith Station and just a quick 4-minute stroll from Barons Court Station. This means easy access to transportation and all the exciting attractions London has to offer.

The room includes a shared bathroom with another of our flatmates and a comfy double bed . The window provide plenty of natural light and offer a lovely view.

The price is £940 per month, which includes water and gas and electricity is extra but it’s like max 15£ per person.

We are only two so you would be living with me and Grace, two very nice and lovely people. We are both in our twenties, so we are looking for someone around this age (20-24).

I am a student in biomedical sciences, and Grace just finished school in fashion and works in Soho.

‼️It's crucial for us to find a long-term tenant as our landlord is only considering long-term residents.

In addition to the details about the room, we also need a professional to take care of the council tax.

The move-in date for the room is at the beginning of October as soon as possible .
