Lovely room in a calm flat, all bills inc

Hi everyone

I’ll be escaping the British Winter, and going back to South Africa for four months, so my lovely room is up for rent during that time.

The room itself is a great size (one of the larger ones I’ve had in London), with a super comfy, firm mattress.

Big kitchen with a large oven, so always room to cook, along with a lovely lounge which gets a lot of natural light during the day.

There are also communal gardens with two tennis courts for residents use only, which a great perk, along with a Virgin Active four mins from the flat so very convenient.

You’ll be living with a South African friend of mine. She’s friendly and chilled, and prefers quiet nights in as opposed to going out.

Price includes all bills- council tax, water, gas & electricity, wifi and all service fees. The only additional cost will be a cleaner which we tend to get every couple of weeks. This might differ over the festive period and holidays/ availability etc.

Ten minute walk to Baron’s Court (Piccadilly and District) or West Kensington (District) and 15 mins or so to West Brompton (Overground).

Looking for someone from around mid November to end of March 2025 or so. Please only reach out if you’d like to stay the whole period (flexible by a few days or so), along with a little bit about you, and when you can come view the flat.
