Ensuite Room to rent in gorgeous house near river

Beautiful newly decorated ensuite bedroom in a stunning designer house. Use of huge kitchen/dining room, magical patio garden and use of living room when main owner is not there.
Renter would need to bring own linens, towels and glasswear.
Female tenant preffered, but flexi on this. Prefer non smoker and tidy.
Very secure house with sophistcated alarm system. 5 mins walk to river thames. Buses at the end of the road to all directions and a 12/15 mins walk to Hammersmith stations.
I live and work at home but mainly occupy top floor so Im not visible much unless making meals down in kitchen. I have a very friendly small dog and I dont smoke or drink.
To be clear this is more of a rental of the room, with use of garden, kitchen/dining room and while main ownr away, the living room, but not a full house share so entertaining guests would not be possible. It is probably best suited to someone who goes out to work and is out frequently, as opposed to someone who wants to entertain. Im a therapist who works from home online and enjoy early nights.
