Double room available in Baron’s Court

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table and two built in wardrobes. It has a TV mounted on the wall. There is also space for a desk if needed.

You would be living with Jess (25) and myself (24). I am a civil servant and Jess is a researcher, we both split the working week between the office and wfh. We enjoy reading, baking & a cosy evening in watching tv. We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy and sociable. The room is open to professional females aged 23-28 (no students or couples, sorry!)

You would share a large bathroom with Jess. Downstairs is open plan with a lovely kitchen, living area and a small yard at the rear.
You would be approx 10-15 mins walk from Baron’s Court, West Kensington and West Brompton stations with access to the District & Piccadilly lines and the Overground. The area is also well served by buses.
You would need to be able to provide a reference from a previous landlord and proof of employment/salary.

The rent is £987.50 per month due on the 28th, with a deposit of 1 month’s rent. The tenancy would start on the 10th January and run for 6 months until 9th July.
