You'd be living with one person (me) and I work about 2-3 days from home a week. Looking for a friendly professional that is clean and tidy. I do hearings remotely, so some days will need limited noise in working hours, but otherwise pretty easy about most things. You'd need to be able to provided a reference from a previous landlord and proof of employment/salary for the estate agent.

The flat is ~5 mins walk to West Kensington station (district line), ~10 mins walk to Barrons Court (district and Piccadilly line) and ~10 mins walk to West Brompton (overground, district line).

Within 25 mins of Central London (Leicester Square), 20 mins of Clapham Junction and Richmond.
