The flat:

The flat is on the 1st floor of a beautiful red brick mansion building - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The flat is modern with a well-equipped kitchen and spacious living room (with large TV). We also overlook and have access to a lovely central garden with 2 tennis courts (free to use and ideal in the summer!).

We’re under a 10 minute walk from West Kensington (District Line) and Barons Court, which has the Piccadilly and District lines for quick access to central London. The flat also benefits from being just over a 10 minute walk from West Brompton (overground to Clapham Junction/District Line).

Current flatmates:

Rosie - Rosie (29) works in Commercial Real Estate in the City. Although originally from Hampshire, Rosie has lived in a handful of flats within the gardens over the past 5 years. She loves spending time with her girlfriends, getting out on a run and playing tennis in the gardens (new partners welcome! *warning, terrible backhand...*).

She is, on the whole, an early-riser (either for work/gym on weekdays or for a run at the weekend), has a large social circle, and enjoys cooking for and entertaining friends at home just as much as she loves exploring new bars and restaurants in town.

Anna - Anna (28) works in the hospitality industry and enjoys spending her weekends outside of London in the countryside, or volunteering at various London-based events. Given her line of work, Anna's day starts and finishes a little later than Rosie's.

Extra Info:

Move-in date: The room is free anytime from now, so ideally sometime looking to move fairly soon, but flexible.
Rent: £1800/month - to make things easier, this takes into account all bills.
Security deposit: £1,500
No smokers, couples or pets please.
Tennis court and communal garden access included
A porter also comes and collects the rubbish from outside the flat door
