Hi everyone!

My flatmate and I have sadly decided to leave our gorgeous Fulham house, so there will be 2 rooms available for rent in a 4 bed house share (move-in would be around mid-December but flexible)

A bit more about the house:

- Sharing with one Aussie guy (26) and one Italian/German girl (25). They’re looking ideally for 1 guy + 1 girl aged between 24 to 27 yo and working full time
- Large house with 4 bedrooms and an office/gym room
-1 shared bathroom between 3 people addition to one guest toilet on the ground floor where one of the bedrooms is located
- Open plan living room and kitchen
- Lush backyard, with a bbq and outdoor bench which is ideal for hosting in the summer
- There is looooots of storage space
- Located a few minutes away from the Thames river path, no more than a 10 min walk from the Crabtree, blue anchor and CRISP PIZZA!!
- 11 min walk from hammersmith (Piccadilly, district and hammersmith & city lines)
- 2 min walk from 295, 211, 220 amongst other buses
- easy access to tesco, Sainsbury and waitrose express
- close to gyms and green space

A few things to note:

- Ground floor room is £950 and the other one (middle floor) is £970. Bills are around £130 pounds and include a cleaner every 2 weeks.
- rooms come unfurnished with the possibility of buying some of our furnitures.
- Contract runs until May 2025 with the possibility to extend
