Sublet December to February Double Room SW6

The double room is located in SW6 and available from now to March, 1st.

🏡 The house: It's a Victorian house that has a large kitchen-dining room opening on to a 60ft garden, two full-bathrooms (1st & 2nd floors) and additional loo on the ground floor. The kitchen has 3 fridges/freezers, oven, air fryer, microwave & dishwasher; there's also a utility room with a washing machine & a dryer (all of this free to use, as well as any kitchen supplies such as plates, pans etc). Use the top floor bathroom (only shared with Laura).

🛏 The room: I deep cleaned both the room and the bathroom before I left! Double bed: There are clean sheets and towels available in the room, as well as a steamer, a hair dryer, a drawer, empty clothes and shoes stand (with available hangers), desk with a big screen (can be both used with laptop or as a TV -I left the plug adaptor-), and double-glazing windows.

🚶‍♀️ Walking distance: The riverside (including a few parks, pubs like the Crabtree) is 5 mins away; the bus stop (with 74, 220, 295 and 430) is 3 mins away, Hammersmith Station (Picadilly, District, Circle and Hammersmith & City lines) and Barons Court are 10/15 mins away. We live off Fulham Palace Road so Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsburys, Boots etc. are just 2 blocks away.

💁‍♂️💁‍♀️ The housemates: 6 in total, between 27 and 31 yo professionals: Laura is French, Lauren and Liam are from NZ, Matteo is Italian and Matthew is Scottish. The house is quite sociable, but also value personal space!

*Please ask for December and £1100pm for January and February ALL BILLS INCLUDED (including professional cleaners every two weeks - my rent is normally £1280)*
