Our flatmate is moving out on the 21st December so we are looking for someone to move in!
We are a queer couple (two women) from New Zealand, both working professional jobs. Our lease ends in June 2027 so this would likely be a 6 month sublet with the possibility of extending. There is also an option to sublet until mid February if that would suit better.
The apartment is clean and warm and modern. There are two double bedrooms that are identical. There is one bathroom and shower.
It’s a really safe area and close to the river which is nice for walking / running.
10-15 min walk to barons court (District and Piccadilly lines) and well serviced by buses!
