Double room in sociable & friendly houseshare

Looking for a new housemate from 23rd January. Must be aged between 28 and 40 to take our downstairs double room. The room has a double bed and is fully furnished. It is on the ground floor just off the living room with 1 door entering from the hallway and one from the living room. It doesn't have a window that opens to the outside but don't let this put you off as one of the doors has top to bottom glass panels and lets in plenty of light from the windows right next to it (there are full length curtains inside to give you privacy).

Current housemates are very sociable and welcoming and we hang out together a lot; therefore, it’s very important for us to find someone who is friendly and easy-going, just like us. A bit about the house:
Our home has a total of 5 bedrooms with one large bathroom upstairs and an extra WC downstairs. A combined kitchen and lounge room. We also have a small but great backyard, perfect for outdoor drinks and BBQ'S.

The house has all mod cons including central heating, 2 fridge & freezers, oven, dishwasher (yay!), washing machine, unlimited Broadband & Wireless network, a communal Netflix account, and of course, amazing house mates. Residential parking permit is available to buy for half a year or a year for a fixed fee (currently it's £71 for half a year or £119 for a year)

The large and friendly house is situated conveniently close to local amenities including Hammersmith station (10min walk, Circle, District, Piccadilly and Hammersmith & City Lines) and Barons Court Station (10min walk, Piccadilly and District Lines). Sainsburys, Tesco and Waitrose right around the corner, 3 pubs (VERY important) and the Thames is less than 10 min walk away (we love an occasional Sunday walk down the river together :) )

A bit about us:
We are a great mix of 2 girls and 2 guys, all in our late 20's/30's. We are all young professional working office hours (some of us work partly from home.) We love to go out together after work or on the weekends, but we do also have other friends and our own social lives. We like to have a drink (or two...or three) in a nice pub when we can, and enjoy parties and festivals, as well a good lazy Sunday in the lounge watching movies. Our house has a really nice, considerate, but lively atmosphere and would ideally suit friendly people wanting to become a part of that.

The fine details:
The deposit is 1 month rent to be paid to secure the room and first month's rent will need to be paid before you move in.

Rent is £624pcm (including all bills and a cleaner once a week).

Room is available from 23rd January.

Sorry, no couples, students or pets. We are only looking for long term housemates, no short stays available.
