We’re looking for someone to take over our lovely spare room in Fulham from January.

-£900 pcm, plus bills (around £115 pcm)
-Fully furnished
-Contract ends September 2026 with option to continue with rolling contract
-15 min walk to Hammersmith (Piccadilly, district and Hammersmith & City lines), 20 mins from Putney, Fulham Broadway, Parsons Green and 25 mins to West Brompton. Really good bus links too., but stop at the end of the road.
-5 min walk from the river

It’s a three bed maisonette flat, and you would be sharing a bathroom with one girl.

It’s an upstairs flat across two floors, all modern and well kept.
It’s on a really quiet residential street with a corner shop less than 1 min walk away. All other shops are within walking distance and there are lots of parks/coffee shops/pubs etc in the area.
The Crabtree is our local!

You will be living with myself and Sophia, we’re both 27, been friends since university. We both work full time and wfh 2-3 days a week, we’re clean, respectful of space and hopefully looking for the new housemate to become a good friend.

Looking for either male or female housemate.

There is a minimum salary requirement of £32000.
