Our friend is sadly moving out so we’re looking for someone to take over her lovely room in Fulham from March 1st.

-£880 pcm, plus bills (around £115 pcm)

-18 month contract
-15 min walk to Hammersmith (Piccadilly, district and Hammersmith & City lines), 20 mins from Putney, Fulham Broadway, Parsons Green and 25 mins to West Brompton. Really good bus links too., but stop at the end of the road.
-5 min walk from the river

It’s a three bed maisonette flat, and you would be sharing a bathroom with one girl.

It’s an upstairs flat across two floors, all modern and well kept.
It’s On a really quiet residential street with a corner shop less than 1 min walk away. All other shops are within walking distance and there are lots of parks/coffee shops/pubs etc in the area.
The Crabtree is our local!

You will be living with myself and Sophia, we’re both 26, been friends since university. We both work full time and wfh 2-3 days a week, we’re clean, respectful of space and hopefully looking for the new housemate to become a good friend.

Looking for either male or female housemate.

There is a minimum salary requirement of £32000.
