The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a living area.
The rent is £1500/ month inclusive of water bill.
The other bills come to £80-100/ month.

Professional cleaner comes to clean the flat.
I am looking for an easy going, neat and tidy professional to join the house share.

Currently 1 female professional lives the house.
Flatmate 1: a clinical psychologist of 27 years
