1 Room in a 3 bed Flat

We’re looking for someone to take one of the rooms in our house share from 1st of March

The bathroom will be shared with another girl. The flat is bright and airy and gets a lot of sunlight due to the big bay windows. It's also very warm in winter as it's 3rd floor.

• The flat was fully unfurnished when we moved in. The shared spaces will be mainly furnished however since I have a lot of stuff already e. g. sofa, tv, kitchen appliances etc will already been there so no need to really buy anything.

• Bedroom is unfurnished

📍West Kensington Station (district line) 1 min walk

📍Barons Court station (district and Piccadilly lines) 8 min walk

🛍️ Right near North End Road for shops. Tesco express, little Waitrose and co-op all within a 5 min walk.

☕️ Cafes and pubs are all within a 5-10 min walk. A 15 min bus journey into Fulham Broadway.

🏞️ 15 min walk to the river

Bills are not included in the rent however they’re fairly low!
