Double en-suite with aircon in Hammersmith

In an ideal location being a 10 minute walk to Hammersmith Tube and Coach station and 6 minutes to Charing Cross bus stop. A non-through road which is very quiet.

I have a bright and airy double room (queen size bed) to rent in my home in Hammersmith. The room is furnished with built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, bed-side tables and storage chest and an ensuite bathroom with shower. It also has air conditioning built in! This room is in the top of the house with access to the eaves which is suitable for suitcases. There is a lovely garden which is great for drinks or dinner with friends in the summer.

The house was recently completely refurbished and has a modern, fully equipped kitchen and living room and the cellar has been turned into the laundry room with more storage.

Sharing with me 28 year old professional female who works from home 2 days a week and likes to relax with a glass of wine in the evenings. Looking for a clean, tidy and respectful house mate.

Not suitable for work from home and non-smokers only

£1500 per month (includes weekly cleaner). Some negotiation possible for the right person.
1 year contract with a 3 month break clause if either of us feels it isn’t working out. I am a live in landlord so the person who rents is a lodger.
