Double room in 2 bedroom flat with patio/garden

I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in this beautiful and modern 2 bedroom flat in Hammersmith. Very close to Charing Cross Hospital, 10 mins walk from both Hammersmith and Barons Court stations.

The flat is fully furnished, equipped and managed so the rent is inclusive of all bills. Both rooms are of good size with plenty of storage (triple wardrobe, chest of drawers and ottoman bed), living room with fully equipped open plan kitchen (fridge, freezer, washer/dryer), and back patio garden! You would be added to the tenancy agreement and so you would need to pass the credit referencing (right to rent, financial guarantees, etc…)

I’m looking for someone on the quiet side like me; sociable but independent. I’m looking for someone who would want to look after the flat with me, keeping it clean, tidy and homely. I try to be as considerate and respectful as possible as a flatmate and I’d like to find someone who would do the same!
