Cheap SUBLET 21.12-04.01 Double r.,West Kensington

Double room, couple of minutes walk from West Kensington station. I'm leaving London for a bit and looking for someone to stay in the room from the 21st of December until the 4th of January (total of 14 nights for the total price of £280). I would also consider shorter stays.
The room is on the top floor of the big old house that could use renovation, there are several sections in the house with assigned kitchens/toilets which means its not busy, its very quiet in fact in the house. The street the house is on is very quiet as well.
If you like to keep to yourself while you hunt for something more permanent this would be about perfect for you, the tenants are friendly but everybody minds their own business.
There is no broadband or washing machine, but there are several launderettes nearby.
The heating comes on twice a day for couple of hours in the morning and in the evening, for the time in between there is an electric fan heater available to use. All the bills are included, except for the electricity used in the room-the meter is fed by coins, i barely spend anything on it.
The room would suit someone that wants a budget option to spend some time in a quiet place on a great location. If you are looking for a newly refurbished impecabble place this will not be for you, the house can be a bit messy and it needs refurbishment but this fact is reflected in the price :).
Quite a few of the people have sublet this room in the past and they were happy with their choice. :)
