Room available for sublet from 26th July to August 17th.
It's just women in the house, so female preferred.

Honestly, it's fantastic. Rooms light and spacious. Beautiful double french doors out to a rooftop area. The walls don't border any other rooms so perfect silence and privacy. Landlords lovely, always helps promptly whenever we call him. Neighbours really sweet and don't mind if we've ever hosted things. Lovely flat mates, three university students. Probably the best home I'll of ever had in London.

The room has a single bed that pulls out to a double, and it gets loads of natural light. The house itself is really beautiful – wooden floors throughout, bright and spacious rooms, and a great atmosphere overall. The kitchen is one of my favourite spots, with a cheerful vibe, breakfast bar, and plenty of space to cook and hang out. The bathroom is stunning, with amazing sunset views in the evenings. It’s a peaceful and quiet home, perfect for studying, working remotely, or just unwinding. The location is brilliant – right by the Thames, close to Hammersmith Bridge, and only a few minutes’ walk from Charing Cross Hospital. You’re also a short walk from the tube and loads of riverside cafes, pubs, and shops. The landlord and neighbours are genuinely lovely, and the rent is a great deal for the area.
