My flatmates and I are looking for a 4th person to join us at our house! We're a trio of 2 gals + a gay, and we'd love to have you join us! 🥰

🛋 2 spacious living rooms (perfect for hanging out and having friends over!)

🚽 Shared toilet & bathroom (but you could probably have your own shower because there's multiple!)
🍳 Large kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave & air fryer (and dishwasher for the clean-up!)
🧦 Washing machine + dryer for laundry
🌱 Our very own backyard

The house is located in London W14 (Hammersmith & Fulham region).

We are situated within 10-15 mins walking distance of:

The rent for the room is £1100 pm (+ bills, approx £75 per month), but we're flexible with the cost (open to negotiating to £1000 pm), so reach out even if you're unsure about the cost!

We're looking for someone who's able to move in ASAP, staying until 21 June🌻 (There is slight flexibility around moving out date)
