Hello! We are two friends renting a lovely flat in West London (Hammersmith & Fulham) - unfortunately one of us is moving out due to work, and the other is looking for a new flat mate!
The flat is on the ground floor, with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open lounge/dining area and kitchen. There is a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space in the bedroom, as well as room for a desk in case of WfH. All furniture is included - just would need to arrange for a desk in the bedroom and chair.
We are well connected to central London - just a 5 minute walk to Shepherd's Bush station, plenty of bus routes to other areas of West London, and 15 minutes walk from Hammersmith Broadway. There is also street parking for residents (permit will need to be purchased).
The remaining tenant is a working professional who will be working night/late shifts at times so looking for someone who will be mindful of this. Ideally would like a clean, friendly, tidy flat mate that is up for occasional socialising as well.
Looking for someone to be able to move in at the start of August and sign for a 12 month contract. Happy to provide more details regarding bills ect on request.
