After 2 years in in our flat, our old flatmate will be moving out to move in with his partner. We are looking for a new flatmate to replace him with a move in date of the 23rd of June onwards (with a couple of days flexibility)
The room:
The room is large, at 5.2m x 3.15m and unfurnished. It has space for a king-size bed, desk, wardrobe, and drawers.
The flat:
The flat is big with high ceilings, original fireplaces and large windows to allow plenty of natural light. We are very lucky to have:
• Dining room and separate furnished kitchen (with a washing machine/dryer)
• Living room
• 2 bathrooms and a shower bath.
• 2 large communal cupboards for storage
• bike storage.
• On street permit parking
The area:
The flat is located on King Street:
• 2 minute walk from Ravenscourt Park
• 10 minute walk from Hammersmith tube station.
• 2 minute walk from pubs, cafes and a large number of restaurants
• 5 minutes walk to the riverside next to Hammersmith bridge (only open to bikes and pedestrians)
We're looking for a young professional. We like to keep the flat quiet, but we do like to watch tv/ pop to the pub together.
You will be living with 2 male professionals in their late 20s:
• Yash- works in sustainable energy. He enjoys climbing and running and tries to get out into the countryside when he can.
• Calum- works in Commercial Management. He enjoys going to the gym, taking advantage of all the good coffee shops and pubs in the area, as well as various gigs around London. He loves exploring London still being new to the place having moved from Denmark recently.
We very much enjoy each others company whilst also respecting that everyone has their own lives as well.
Bills come to approximately £130 each. This includes contents insurance, wifi, gas, electricity, water and council tax (Band D).
Deposit is £1078.48.
The current tenancy is being renewed and will go on until July 2026
