There are two rooms available, each 14m² (£833 + bills/ £882 with council tax). The flat has 3 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a shared bathroom.
It’s very bright and well-connected by public transport. (The flooring in the bedrooms and kitchen will be replaced, and the whole flat will be freshly painted.)
The move-in date would be May 31st, so we’d need to sign the contract during the coming week.
