The flat is within a gated development so feels very secure. 1 off-street parking space available - assigned to the flat.
📍Location: In between Hammersmith and Chiswick. A stones throw from the River Thames. Perfect for scenic walks. Amazing community feel with cafe across the road and local riverside pubs. Cute weekly markets in Chiswick.
10-min walk to Chiswick for buses or District line (Stamford Brook) or 20-min walk to Hammersmith for buses, Piccadilly, District, Hammersmith & City lines
📋 Formal bits: Available for sublet. £1,000pcm (including bills). I have the agreement until March 2026, with a high chance of extending. I am hoping someone can move in ASAP, hopefully by end of July at the latest.
