Hi. Unfortunately I'm moving out of my lovely flatshare in Hammersmith and am looking for someone to replace me on the tenancy.
You'll be sharing with 3 lovely guys, Movin, Sam and Jay 2 of whom wfh from home full time.
The room itself is bright if cosy, but has plenty of storage and extra on the landing. The flat itself benefits from a living room and TV with netflix etc.
The area around is great, with a fantastic bakery a minute away, nice pubs and two large supermarkets walking distance away. And walking distance (10 mins) from Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush stations for transport.
The room is available from the 17th of August and if you have any questions please let me know.
