Description
Our wonderful housemate is sadly leaving us to be closer to her new job in North London. As such, we have 1 double bed room available in our 3 bed flat! You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 other housemate and get to enjoy our large living room for rotting watching trash TV.
We have great transport links - 5min walk to Ravenscourt Park station, 10min walk to Hammersmith, or buses right out the door.
Other housemates -
Hannah - 29F Aussie, Speech & Language Therapist with a side of opera singing (max 1h singing a day if I remember to do it…), enjoying travelling and trying new hobbies!
Sam - 30F Aussie, working in events, easy going and will get around any gigs, shows or events!
You -25-35F, clean, non smoking, in full time employment (as references required), interested in joining in on house adventures and bants.
Move in date 7th of September with possibility of earlier if needed and paperwork sorted!
***Deposit is slightly more than 5 weeks rent (£5) - spare room won’t allow me to state.
This is because the house was rented as a whole property thus 5 weeks property rent equally divided by / 3 for simplicity (rent changes, people changes etc).
