We're three Imperial grads looking to swap a mate and do a one year contract renewal with someone. Our initial plans fell through due to relocation so we are looking to do this asap, as the renewal would start on 7 august.
The room is a single bed and is ideal for someone on a budget. There's a living room, garden (lovely for summer bbqs), washer/dryer, dish washer. The management responds quickly. There is plenty of storage space across all floors.
We've have lived here for one year. We're tidy and enjoy chill evenings to chat in the kitchen. What we do: T (any pronouns) is a PhD student at UCL. G (he /him) works in digital marketing. I am teaching and doing research in data science.
I'm happy to provide a floor plan and more details in dms. Then we can arrange a call or viewing to get to know each other.
