My two flatmates are moving out and going back to Australia! And this is one of the two rooms available!

I’m a 23 year old civil servant, working 3 or 4 days in the office. I’m looking for someone clean, respectful and ready to call this beautiful place home- just like I do!

Lease currently signed until May 2026 (and possibility to extend again).

Council tax is approximately £59 per month, electricity around £30 per month and WiFi is £9.66 per month. This brings the total cost including the rent to £1,009. Deposit is £1,115.

Room is available from 17th Oct, however this can be negotiated if required.
