I’ve just moved into to this stunning newly renovated flat and I’m looking to share with another person. It’s a large space spread over the top two floors.

My idea is to have the third bedroom as a second living room/spare room/office for us to use. I’m open to your suggestions and you’re welcome to decorate the place.

The room is currently empty in case you wanted to bring your own bed, but if not one will be purchased for you. You can choose the size

The two spare bedrooms are a similar size with built in wardrobes so you’re welcome to choose which you’d prefer.

This is to fully share the flat 50/50. Don’t feel like you’d just be renting a room. Bring friends/family over whenever you like.
