Room:

A ground floor unfurnished double room is available from October 1 in a four bedroom terrace house on a quiet West Kensington street. The monthly rent is £990 including bills. Additional money is added to a pot to buy shared house products.

House:

The newly painted and carpeted three level terrace house includes 2 and a half bathrooms, separate kitchen, separate living room and garden. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, two bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor, and kitchen, lounge room, separate toilet and garden access on the lower ground floor. You would share the ground floor bathroom with one other housemate. The house also includes a dryer (HUGE PLUS) and a cleaner who comes fortnightly to clean all shared areas (covered in monthly rent).

Housemates:

You would be sharing with three corporate gals in our 30s (Helen, Nadine and Kate). We are a quiet, chilled house and love hanging out together for dinners, movie nights, wines / cocktails and adventures. But also all have very busy lives so the house is a nice balance of “we’re there for each other but also there is space to do your own thing”. We have hybrid roles so there is a combination of working from our bedrooms or heading to the office during the week. There will always be someone around.

Location:

The house is located a 9 min walk from West Kensington station, 11 min walk from Barons Court station and a 12 min walk from West Brompton station. There are also loads of supermarkets and shops a short walk away on North End Road.
