Looking for someone to take my double room as I'll be moving out that weekend to move in with my boyfriend (boo).
The room is in 4 bedroom flat based in Fulham and will be available from 29th November. The flat is just over 10 minutes walk from West Kensington/West Brompton stations, and is in a gorgeous square with shared residents-only gardens and tennis court access.
The flat is really charming and nicely finished. The bedroom comes with a double bed, a bedside shelf, built-in shelving units as pictured, and a chest of drawers as well as a large wardrobe (not pictured).
You would be sharing with 3 other professional females aged between 27 and 29. Looking for a likeminded tidy female flatmate of a similar age.
The current flatmates love being active, eating healthy, and getting outdoors for walks/runs/going to classes together/exploring the area and getting coffee. Not a flat to have parties at but also do enjoy the occasional night out!
Rent is £938.50 plus bills, plus an £850 deposit payable to me (protected by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme).
Bills come to around £100 pcm.
