Large double room in Fulham mansion block 2 bed

Up to 4 month lease available from mid-September to mid-Jan for a large double room in a Fulham mansion block flat.

Flat Details: 2 bed, 1 bathroom, 1 shared living room. I own and live in the flat. On expressing interest I can share a video of the full flat.

Room details: approx. 4m long and 3.1m wide; furnished (ie bed and mattress - note, not in attached photos); large sash window that can be opened all the way up; room-specific heating you can control; just been deep cleaned.

Lease details: the room is available from now till latest mid-Jan. Could be for a shorter period (with a +£100 pcm adjustment for <3 months). No deposit as I’m optimistic/naive enough that if there’s any issues we can work it out fairly as we go.

Area details: 10-15 mins walk to Hammersmith and Barons Court stations (Piccadilly, District, Hammersmith and City lines) plus plenty of buses particularly to South Ken and Clapham Junction; 5 mins to the river; Sainsbury's, Tesco and Waitrose right around the corner; park opposite the flat and 15 mins walk to Bishops Park; lots of restaurants and pubs nearby.

Bills details: not included in rent; monthly bills c.£80-90 per person (varies with energy use); Council Tax Band D which translates to £60 per person pcm (ie £240 for 4 months).

Me details: 27 year old male; Civil Servant + part-time student; I WfH 1-2 days a week, in the office and library for the rest; my girlfriend often stays round a couple of nights a week. Last flatmate stuck around for 4.5 years suggesting I’m not awful to live with!

You details: from my perspective, you can be whoever you want to be and do whatever you want to do around the flat as long as you’re a good egg + fairly tidy. Having a cat is definitely a bonus though!
