Hello! My friend is moving out soon, so I’m looking for a lovely new female flatmate to join our home.

Over the past year we’ve created a warm, cosy space here – so it’s not just a flatshare, it really feels like home. There’s a comfy living room for relaxing, a bright kitchen that’s perfect for cooking together or hosting the occasional dinner party, and even a little balcony for morning coffee or some fresh air.

You’d have a spacious bedroom with a balcony, built-in wardrobe and shelves, plus full access to all shared areas: the kitchen, living room, and 2 sleek bathrooms.

We like to keep things clean and homely, so it would be great to live with someone who feels the same. And if you’re a plant lover – even better, anything green and leafy is more than welcome here!

The location is fantastic: 10 minutes’ walk to Holland Park, 20 minutes to Kensington Gardens, and great transport links with the Overground plus Piccadilly and District lines nearby (7 minutes walk). Perfect for both work and play.

Ideally, we’re looking for a professional female flatmate who can take on the lease (two years remain, but one year minimum is fine). Non-smokers only, please.

A little about the vibe at home: we enjoy a good chat in the kitchen, sharing meals, going on a run together or to a yoga session, and out to the pub for a drink, but also value personal space. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly – the hope is to find someone who’s keen to share not just a flat, but a home.
