We have a sunny, fully furnished double room available in our spacious 3-bed flat!

The flat:
-Massive living room and a lovely garden
- Fully equipped kitchen with pantry & dishwasher
- Modern bathroom
- Just 1 minute from the river with loads of gorgeous pubs and restaurants nearby
- Pret, Tesco and Sainsbury’s all within 1 minute walk
- Super well connected with a bus stop around the corner and Hammersmith station (Piccadilly, District, Circle and Hammersmith & City lines) just 10–15 minutes on foot

Fully furnished double room with plenty of natural light

Flatmates (us):
You’ll be living with two Aussie girls (31 and 32), both working professionals. One works in sales and the other in the legal team of a fintech company. We’ve lived together for a year and are now close friends, so we both agree it would be great to have someone join this space as a friend, not just a housemate. We enjoy making dinners and watching films or house shows together but we also live pretty different lives day to day.

The rent:
£1,099 pcm + bills (around £150 per month).
Bills include electricity, water, council tax, WiFi and Amazon Prime (for next-day delivery and streaming). There shouldn’t be any additional costs.

We also use a house Splitwise for anything purchased for the flat, to make sure it stays fair for everyone.
Move-in date is flexible, from Feb 8th onwards!
