I’m sadly leaving this gorgeous flat after 2 years to try a different area of London, so looking for someone to fill my room for anywhere between mid October until 1 November (can be flexible)!
- Suitable for a professional female between 27-36 (sorry no couples or students)
- Must be okay living with two adorable cats 🐱

- 1 double bedroom available in a 2 bed/1 bath flat. Fully furnished (except for the desk and nightstand pictured), shared bathroom and large living room. Kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher and there is a washer/dryer. Lots of storage available.
- Super easy to get into central - 5 min walk from Barons Court and West Kensington tube stations and 15 min walk to the overground. Close to Hammersmith and Fulham high streets and 15 min walk to the river ft pubs/restaurants!
- Rent is £1150 per month plus bills (approx £185 pp). Bills include everything (internet, council, gas, electric and water) which Laura manages. Referencing required.
- You’ll be living with Laura (31) and her two adorable cats (pictured). She works hybrid in Healthcare IT and is super easy going and is a respectful and tidy flatmate. She loves socialising, wine nights, travelling and more! I’ve loved living with her for the past few years and she’s an amazing flatmate and now one of my best friends! Her cats are super chill and she does a great job of looking after them in the house.
