Super easy to get into central - 5 min walk from Barons Court (Piccadilly and District) and West Kensington (District) tube stations and 15 min walk to Kensington overground station. Also close to Hammersmith and Fulham high streets and 15 min walk to the river.
Rent is £1150 per month plus bills (approx £185 pp). Bills include everything (internet, council, gas, electric and water). Referencing required by the agency.
You’ll be living with Laura (31) who works hybrid in Healthcare IT. She’s super easy going, and is a respectful and tidy flatmate. She loves socialising, wine nights, travelling and more! She has 2 female cats that she moved over from the states who are adorable and very friendly!
