Hi, I’m Aidan 👋 I’m renting out my room in a bright, finished 2-bedroom flat in Fulham as I’ll be away for a couple of months. Ideally looking for someone to take the room for 2–3 months (Nov–Jan), with the option to extend depending on my job situation.

• Walking distance to Parsons Green, Eel Brook Common, supermarkets, cafes, pubs & restaurants

👩‍💼 About the Flatmate:
You’ll be sharing with Charlotte, a 22-year-old professional. She’s friendly, sociable, and enjoys a chilled home environment. This isn’t a party house – we’re looking for someone respectful and easy to get along with.

📅 Rental Details:
• Rent: £1,150 per month
• Bills: ~£165/month (slightly variable depending on heating/usage)
• Move-in: 1st / 2nd November
• Length: 2–3 months, with possible extension
