Due to a last minute drop out, we have a room available in a houseshare in Hammersmith and Fulham.
It is a single room which unfortunately we don’t have any photos of but I do have videos from the viewing we did that I can send over!
The tenancy starts on 19th September and is a one year contract.
The current housemates are a group of 4 Imperial College Masters students aged 22-26.
We are looking for someone of a similar age and preferably a student (but professionals considered).
Please not if you don’t have a UK based guarantor you would need to pay 6 months’ rent upfront.
