Duble room Hammersmith

Hi Spare room,

I'm moving out of this lovely room and I'm booking for a replacement!
The room is a large double in a quite area in Hammersmith, 10/15 min away from Barons Court and Hammersmith stations, 2 mins away from bus stops, 10 mins to River Thame and to the back there is the bike sharing parking.
Room is located on the middle floor of the house and comes fornished with a double bed a large desk and a drawer. The house itself is end terrace house, so only one set of neighbours and comprises of a downstairs toilet, large kitchen/living space, 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower/bath on the top floor. There is a large green garden, a garage for storage and a driveway. Bills are not included, however they cover council tax, fast internet, gas, water, electric and cleaner that comes every 2 weeks.

Additional costs 50 for name change fee at the agency but that is it.
Current flatmates are 2 guys and 1 girl, so preference is for another girl to balance out the ratio, however the most important thing is that the next flatmate is tidy and friendly. Available for now.
