£950 is all inclusive, which is a great deal! Room is available from the 11th of October. Rent is due to increase to £980 in 6 months and might be subject to other increases due to bills.

Homely house in West Kensington. Great location, very near everything you might need (4 minutes to a Virgin active) and around 10 minutes to the Piccadilly and District Lines so well connected to all sides of London.

I am a current tenant and I sublet the two other rooms.

A sense of humour and cleanliness are important for us. Looking for someone who is social, easy going, and considerate, but also has a life of their own. Preference is for someone who doesn't work from home as most of us already do.

I am a 31 year old Australian guy. I'm very sociable and prefer to have a friendship with my housemates. I’m into Music (I play guitar in a couple bands), Board Games, D&D, Surfing, Skiing and activities with friends. Professionally I work at a university as a Research Software Engineer.

I share my room with my partner Kate, she's a 25 year old Masters student from Hawaii, she’s usually up for a chat and loves baking and game nights.

Katie is the other housemate (not confusing at all), she's 34 and works in graphic design. She can tell you more about herself at a viewing.
