We have one room available in our spacious Hammersmith flat.

About the Flat
Layout: The flat has a cozy living area, a large kitchen, and two bathrooms, so there’s plenty of space
Location: We’re in an amazing spot , just 5 minutes from the river and Hammersmith Bridge, 2 minutes from the high street, and around 5 minutes to Hammersmith Station (with access to the Hammersmith & City, District, and Piccadilly lines).
Contract: The agency will likely ask you to sign for 12 months.
Bills: Around £122 per month per person.

About the Room
A double room with a balcony attached to it is available from 7th November. The flat is peaceful and well-kept, perfect for someone who wants a comfortable home in a great location.

About Us
I’m Ivett, 32, and I work as a therapist. I’m pretty easy-going, always up for anything wholesome, whether that’s a walk, a run, or a trip to the pub.
You’d also be living with Valeria, 29, who is also a working professional. She also enjoys walks, nature and sports and we both enjoy spending time with friends.

Valeria will be moving in at the same time as you, as both of my friends I currently live with are sadly (for me) moving out to live with their boyfriends. Valeria already came to view the flat and decided to take one of the rooms. We both got on really well, and we would like this place to feel like a home where we can be friends, but of course we both have respect for each others downtime.

Who We’re Looking For
Ideally, we’re looking for a:
-Female flatmate in her late twenties or early thirties
-Working professional
-Clean, kind and someone friendly and sociable
