Hi! I’m I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over my room. I’ve recently been made redundant, so I’ll be moving out soon, but this flat has been such a great home, and we want someone who’ll really fit the vibe. You’d be sharing with my current flatmate and her adorable mini dachshund – so it’s essential that you genuinely love dogs!

About your future flatmate:

She's 28, half British/half Swedish, and works full-time in tech marketing (WFH). She’s sociable, loves working out and catching up with friends — but also appreciates cosy nights in with a film and a glass of wine. She’s after someone similar in energy: friendly, independent, and tidy — someone who values a homely, relaxed flat but also has their own life and routine.

About the Flat:

The space has a warm, modern feel and is always kept clean and comfortable. You’ll have your own double room and your own separate downstairs bathroom. The shared areas include a bright living room, fully equipped kitchen and lots of storage space.

- Has a stable income
