I’m moving rooms within our house, so we’re looking for someone to take over my current bedroom. You’ll be living with me (Emma), Rinku, and Alexia.
We are a friendly, sociable house that respects each other’s space and looking for a likeminded person to join us!
The room comes with its own private bathroom downstairs (no one else uses it, as all other rooms are en-suite)
A lovely, modern kitchen and lounge along with an outdoor patio. There is washing machine and tumble dryer too.
Fixed bills of £52/pm covering council tax and TV license. Water and Electricity are paid quarterly (average £100pm)
Closest tube stations are Hammersmith & Barons Court (15 min walk). Only a short walk away from Hammersmith riverside too!
