The flat is spread over two top floors with 3 bedrooms. You will have bedrooms 2 and 3 (virtually identical) one for a bedroom and currently use the second one as a home office and extra storage.

The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed and bedside tables and built in wardrobes. Each room also has aircon, underfloor heating and an en-suite. Bills are £150 pm

I’ll be scoping out potential flatmates and doing the viewings for Dec. You will hopefully get a chance to meet each other in person but if he is away with work we can arrange a FT!
