Double bed room in Hammersmith

Hello! I’m looking for a friendly housemate to share my lovely two-bed flat on the second, and top floor of a small ex-council block, just a two-minute walk from Hammersmith station and a two-minute stroll to the river and Hammersmith Bridge. It’s a peaceful and safe spot with all the perks of being close to the water. Think weekend walks, sunset jogs and cosy pub stops along the Thames.

The flat has been modernised over the past year and feels bright and welcoming throughout. There’s a good-sized kitchen, a separate toilet and bathroom, and a dining living room with large windows and a Juliet balcony that lets in loads of natural light. I also have a bike shed if you need a little extra storage, and I’m always open to suggestions on how we can keep improving the space.

Your room is a comfortable double with two built-in wardrobes and a chest of drawers, plenty of storage, room for a desk and room to make it your own. It’s quiet and airy, ideal for a good night’s sleep or working from home when needed.

Bills are currently £125 a month.

The location is brilliant: Hammersmith tube and bus stations are only a few minutes away, giving you access to four tube lines for an easy commute. You’ll find everything you need nearby, a big Sainsbury’s, M&S and Lidl, plus loads of cafés, restaurants and those much-loved riverside pubs. On Saturday mornings the road outside is buzzing with run clubs, it’s a great area if you enjoy being active.

A little about me: I’m easy-going, clean and sociable. I work in the office four days a week and I’m often out in the evenings and at weekends, but I also love a good TV night in or sharing a nice meal when I’m around. We have a cleaner every other week, and I keep the flat tidy. I’m looking for someone similar: clean and considerate, with shared interests, who’d like a friendly home rather than just a room.
