The flat is also very well connected to public transport and within 10mins walk from Barons Court Station (Piccadilly and District Lines) & 15mins walk from Hammersmith (Hammersmith & City & Circle Lines). Additionally there are plenty of bus stops nearby.

The flat is split over the top two floors of a terraced house. The bedroom available is on the second floor and is a decent size, it comes furnished with double bed, and double wardrobe. This is available for £800.00 per month.

The flat comes fully furnished and has a lovely large living area and open plan kitchen. There is one bathroom with a decent sized shower.

The rooms are available from the 14th December 2025.
Bills are approx £120.00-150.00 in addition to the rent (depending on time of year) and this includes a weekly cleaner.
Council tax is band D with Hammersmith & Fulham.

We are looking for a friendly, tidy, & considerate flat mate. Ideally you would be social and enjoy the odd wine / dinner / movie night together.
We are looking for people who are after a home over a house share. Preference is for females, working full-time, in their 30s.

A bit about us - we are 2 girls in their 30s (kiwi and Aussie) who are easy going, very clean & tidy. We both enjoy running, and gym, both big foodies & we love to go try new restaurants & to travel when we can.
