Cosy Double Room in Friendly Social House - Sublet

Double room with desk space and great natural light available in friendly, social house... Just 5 minutes walk away from Hammersmith Tube Station!

Professionals preferred.

I will be going back home for a few months (until April), so I am looking for someone who would like to take my room until then, and who would be a great fit in our fun, social house!

The Current Housemates:

Jack (Brit) works as an Accountant. He enjoys everything foodie, football, cooking, and going for a pint.
Adam (Brit) works in Sports Marketing. His favourite things include watching all sports, playing darts, pints, and cooking up a mean steak.
AJ (Kiwi) works for a popular airline company. His favourite things include cooking, gigs, and chats in the lounge. AJ will unfortunately be leaving the house in December.

These guys are absolute legends, we watch football / other TV together in the lounge, go out to pubs/dinner and have some games nights. It's ideal for someone who is looking to live as part of a social environment but can also respect each others privacy. We are friendly, easy going people who respect each others space. We all keep the house clean and share house tasks so we are looking for someone who also has high standards to respect each others living space.

The House:
The place is a nice terraced house on a quiet road away from traffic and tube noise, but still just a 5 minute walk from Hammersmith Station. We have a lovely garden which gets the sun for lazy summer afternoons and bbq’s. The house has two bathrooms, both with showers, so you’re never waiting in the morning.

We are ~5 mins from the river and surrounding pubs (again great for the summer) and ~10 minute walk from King Street (Hammersmith high street); Hammersmith Apollo; and Fulham. Just down the road from Craven Cottage and Bishops Park! We are just off Fulham Palace Road which is full of cafes, shops and everything you need! The house is amazing value for its prime location.

The Room:
The room is upstairs. Comes with a double bed, a nice desk and chair and a wardrobe. It gets lots of natural light and stays warm during the winter months.

- No agent fees to put up with; we deal directly with the landlady (She is awesome and really understanding with any issues to do with the house, whenever we contact her she is on it immediately!)
- Move in date is 17th November. However I can move out sooner if required.
- Bills come to around £100 per month.
